Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. Booking is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited. All new clients must provide a credit card number to book their first appointment.
