What you should prepare before coming for Laser Hair Removal

  1. Avoid sun or self-tanned at least 2 weeks prior to the laser hair removal appointment

  2. Avoid using photosensitivity drugs such as retin-A, isotretinoin, some antibiotics such as tetracycline, -floxacin, antidepressants, antihistamine. Discuss with your GP before the treatment.

  3. Make sure you are not pregnant or planning to get pregnant or breast feeding within 6 months of the laser hair removal session

  4. Some health conditions are considered contraindication for laser hair removal, make sure to consult your physician before coming for the treatments or discuss with your laser practitioners such as psoriasis, bleeding disorders, diabetes, skin cancer, keloid scarring prone, hirsutism

  5. Shave 1 day prior to your laser hair removal session. Avoid plucking, waxing, depilation, electrolysis at least 2 weeks before your treatment.

  6. No deodorants, perfume, lotions on the day of appointment.
