What's the laser hair removal procedure be like ?

1.The treatment area should be clean and shaven prior to the procedure (preferably 1 day prior to laser treatment)

2. The goggles for eyes protection are worn during a laser session.

2.The provider will put on ultrasound gel (optional for cooling and pain control) and guide the laser handpiece over the area being treated.

3.The handpiece will emit beams of laser energy which is absorbed by the hair follicles and converted to heat.

4.This heat disables the hair follicle from future growth.

5. After the laser procedure, the skin is wipe and clean, moisturizer such as Aloe gel is applied to the treatment area for cooling and extra moisturizers. Hydrocortisone cream may be applied for a few days to reduce inflammation to the skin.
